We purchased our Rapido V55 from Harbour Creek and they have been a pleasure to deal with from our first visit until handover and beyond. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Without exception everyone we have dealt with has been very friendly, professional and responsive. Lee was our sales contact and he was always helpful and proactive throughout the buying process. Paul, the owner, carried out the handover expertly taking time to demonstrate everything in detail. We are delighted with our new campervan.

Initially dealt with Paul and found him very helpful and courteous with the initial viewing of the vehicle we were looking at.On the day of collection Paul did the hand over explaining everything in full detail reassuring us if anything was not understood at the time not to hesitate contacting him. Went to see a Westfalia campervan at Harbour Creek Motorhomes. Was given a tour of the van and all the information we needed, with no pressure to buy. Decided to go ahead and also had a few extras fitted - nothing was too much trouble. Handover was slick and very comprehensive. Even had a follow-up call from Lee to check everything was Ok. Excellent service from start to finish, would highly recommend.

Harbour Creek fixed the element blown on our Thule heater. This involve removing the entire boiler unit out from under the seat of the van to replace the heat exchanger unit. They also removed and resealed a leaking roof vent.

When we picked it up, you'd have never known they had taken the interior apart. Everything was back in place, clean and tidy.

And we can testify that after a wet and cold week in the north east that the heating works as expected, and we didn't have to mop up rainwater. Jim's team also dealt with claim with the warranty company.

Very impressed and highly recommend this company.
