Collected my campervan on Friday 16 August.I would endorse all of the comments made by Ian Gillies in respect of Greg. I might add that he collected my daughter and I from the station too. Ive had fantastic service from this company from start to finish. Particular mentions also go to Kelly and Amber who kept me informed along the way. On handover we found a teeny dink in the passenger door which Greg noted and photographed. It can be rectified at the next habitation check. Thanks to everyone at Harbour Creek

This was our third new motorhome/campervan purchase and we were delighted with how easy the process was for us. We found all the staff super helpful and friendly, from the time we visited to the point of pickup. Yesterday the vehicle was handed over by Greg who deserves a special mention. The handover and instruction process was extremely thorough and also entertaining as Greg was able to bring his personal experiences to make the process really interesting, the whole process was unhurried and we had a chance to try everything while there was someone on hand to help. There were a couple of minor manufacturer issues which were picked up in the PDI and pointed out to us in the handover and which are being progressed with Rapido, but the final quality and cleanliness of the vehicle was exceptional. After a drive home and a few hours familiarising ourselves with the vehicle we are even more delighted with our choice. This is our second Rapido vehicle and we strongly recommend this brand. We would also strongly recommend Harbour Creek as a dealership, and we are looking forward to a long relationship with them as we grow into our Dreamer D68

Spotted this little gem at the Newbury Showground. It gave us everything we wanted in the ideal sized vehicle. Lee gave us the run down of all the specifics, without any sales pressure. We took delivery 4 weeks later and had an excelent handover by Greg. Paul (the owner of HC) also spent a considerable amount of time with us on handover day. Brilliant for camping, a capable towing vehicle, between 37 - 40mpg. A comfortable drive and a luxurious home from home. Thanks folks for a great vehicle and a fantastic service.

Excellent customer service from meeting Paul at the NEC Birmingham last November to collecting our new Knaus Boxlife 540 in June. Very professional friendly team. Everyone we’ve meet has been super helpful and kind . Looking forward to continuing the relationship! All questions have been answered ( there have been many) with speed and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Paul and Greg for your patience!

The Service from Harbour Creek could not have been better ; Fitting us in, at short notice, to fix a problem that occured on our holiday, when we were passing on our way home. Jim started work as soon as we arrived (an hour early) and did a couple of other minor things. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable; excellent service. Thanks

I can’t recommend Harbour Creek Motorhomes, based on Hayling Island, highly enough. I first met them at the NEC Motorhome Show last October. When I decided I wanted a Rapido C03 compact motorhome, and they had exactly the model I was looking for, I went down to visit them. Paul, the owner, explained every detail, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed to make a decision. At hand-over, the sales manager, was incredibly supportive and took me on a test drive to help me get used to the automatic gearbox. He even phoned me the following day to check I had arrived home in one piece!  The whole team is close-knit, professional, and genuinely kind. I know I can call them anytime with questions, and I have complete confidence that they’ll be fantastic for servicing down the line. We bought a new Dreamer D43 campervan and this is our second campervan from Harbour Creek.
