All the staff at Harbour Creek Motorhomes are friendly, professional, and polite. From our very first viewing through to the handover, the whole experience was excellent. They kept us updated throughout the process, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Paul and his team really provide a personal service that makes you feel confident in your purchase.

The yard itself is in a beautiful spot, perfect for watching sea life and to top it all off, they even serve great coffee and biscuits!

Went to the Southern motorhome show to ‘look’ only. A big mistake once l spotted the two berth Knaus ex demo reg 2024. I have had a motorhome previously but was finding it too heavy and clumsy for a solo female. This van looks like a T6 VW front end and back end a motorhome. Automatic, 2 single bench beds, 5.89 length, fridge, clever bathroom set up with wet room, imaginary cupboard space, well made, lots of hooks, plugs, lighting, tv, 2 ring cooker. Easy to drive and park.

The whole buying experience was like dealing with friends, the whole process went very smoothly. Met Paul and his father at the show, lots of negotiation, some flexibility both sides and l went away a very happy customer. Communications with Harbour creek has always been positive. After my first trip in the van which although ex demo had never been really used. Had a couple of small teething ‘new’ van problems but they were all sorted in one visit, and they were all minor issues.

I have no hesitation using Harbour Creek in the future. I spoke regularly to Lee and Paul when l wanted a couple of extras put on the van before collection, tracker etc. Jim and Jay also very helpful when l was discussing the satellite and leisure battery. The whole team at Harbour Creek were friendly and approachable. Now off on my second trip in my lovely new Knaus Vanstation.

We have a Dreamer living van which we bought second hand, 6 moths old as a private sale. Booked at HC for its 1st HAB check 28/8/2025 arrived first thing at welcomed by Lee, talked about the van, regarding HAB, I also mentioned a few minor warranty/ issues, although we hadn’t purchased van from them as well as a couple of electric improvements we wanted to do but were happy to book in at a later date, Lee said “ lets see what we can do “. We returned 4 hours later to find van parked out front with ALL requests completed. Can only speak in the highest regard of HCs outstanding customer service in a professional and friendly manner.
We traveled from Bristol to HC and yes will be using them again next year, thank you to all at Harbour Creek

Thank you to Lee for getting our lovely Brand new Weinsberg van shipped and ready in time for our Bank holiday trip away. The van is everything we hoped for and more.
