Having just collected our motorhome from Harbour Creek nothing was to much trouble - from viewing to collecting an extremely pleasant experience - Matthew understood our requirements and having owned A class before the Evan was the perfect balance between motorhome and camper - To say it’s a tardis is an understatement - So thank you to all at Harbour Creek - we will continue our adventures !!

Currently in our driveway looking happy and comfortable - but I'm sure deep down she's raring to be off and take us on an adventure - we can't wait !!!!

A truly excellent family business, no pressure and nothing is too much trouble.
We had a Hymer 654 to sell. It was a little too old for Paul to sell with warranty but he gave us a lot of advice. We were already committed to buy a Columbus 641 and he suggested an option for Harbour Creek to broker the van for us at no cost i.e. we get the full selling price. As we live in the North of England and imagined a possible number of trips to Halyling Isaland I thought I would try a private sale first. The Hymer sold very easily, twice as it turns out and the details are gory. So if Paul suggests a similar offer take him up as he said at the time there could be far less hassle in his option.
We also have experience of Harbour Creek after sales. Faultless. On our first holiday in the van the compreesor fridge failed to keep temperature correctly. The UKs technical centre for the fridge turned out to be Havant. Discussions with Paul and the fridge people led to a visit to Harbour Creek. Paul, a technician from the fridge company and Westfalia at the end of the phone fixed it after an hour or two. An alternative software setting in the controller means the fridge works correctly in all conditions be it sweltering southern Italy or the North of Scotland.
Now nearly two years out from buying our Columbus 641 my wife and I have absolutley no regrets. Whilst in Italy the flyscreen developed a fault. Talking to Harbour Creek they said Westfalia are very fair with accepting warranty claims. So we will have a new fly screen fiited under warranty next year. We are looking forward to an early spring holiday and seeing the people at Harbour Creek again.

Bought our new Westfalia Amundsen 540 last August (delivered March 2017) and have nothing but praise for Paul and Colin. No more sales talk, 'buy today for best deal' rubbish, no pressure, just time to discuss, consider and agree. Harbour Creek is at least 150 miles away (we're in Cardiff) but I know where I will be taking my new 'baby' for servicing! After many hours of research online, on what was to be our first motorhome purchase we went to the Birmingham NEC motorhome show last October.
We spent many hours looking at the various models and styles and were impressed by what Harbour Creek had to offer. Paul and Colin were very knowledgeable, friendly and did not put us under any pressure at all on what was quite a big occasion for us. we felt very comfortable in there presence and consequently ordered a new Westfalia Amundsen 600D for a March handover.
We travelled down to Hayling Island to pick up our vehicle which was ready on time, immaculate, with all the extras fitted as requested, their friendly staff had done an excellent job preparing our van. Paul gave us a very in depth hand over and could answer any question from us novice campervaners, in a very professional, friendly way which put us at ease.
We have not regretted our decision. After spending a few days in the area familiarising ourselves we then travelled up to North East Scotland, which we thoroughly enjoyed and felt totally at home. The Amundsen is all we could wish for and the reception, service and back-up from Paul & Colin in Harbour Creek, could not have been better. I would certainly recommend them to anyone interested in Westfalia motorhomes.
